Friendly staff and good quality work
We were hit with the hail storm in April and it knocked chunks out of our shingles. Before that, we knew we’d have to replace the roof in a few years, but had been trying to prolong the inevitable because we knew there was 2-3 layers of shingles on the roof, we got a lot of ice dams without heat tape, and we’ve found a lot of hidden water damage from previous owners while we’ve done other repairs…so we knew this was going to be a big job and not cheap! This company has their act together. The entire process is easy and pleasant. Alissa in the office is on the ball and gives warm and friendly customer service. We had 2 skylights replaced. The installers; Terry and Ross arrived exactly on time and did a complete and professional job.
