They should make sure they have the material before telling the customer the time they are going to deliver it. My wife works from home. Fantastic experience with Above Roofing. Every task was done with detail and catering to our unique needs, while taking into consideration our timeline. Even the folks in the office were great to work with. I cannot recommend Above Roofing enough.
When I sold my house 6 years ago the inspector found a couple of wind damaged shingles that needed to be replaced. I called Above Roofing to fix it. When they inspected the roof they also found some shingles that were installed improperly when the house was built. I had them fix that too and the small leak that I had had for years disappeared.
