Above Roofing was a pleasure to work with. They were up front about our needs and costs and provided a couple different options from short term, less expensive solutions to long term, more expensive ones. I found Phil to be very honest: he didn't try to give me a hard sell or push for a signature on day one and he went out of his way to get me an estimate during some very rainy days that made it hard to get on the roof. The only thing I found a bit unsettling is that once you do sign a contract,... Read more

We work for seamless coordination with all our moving pieces, and open communication with homeowners throughout. We truly appreciate your referral!
I had already had 2 previous estimates done before Above Roofing came out. I love Christian music, so 99.3 is on all day at my house. I had heard their advertising on 99.3 and felt that if they advertised on here I wanted to see if they would hold up to their reputation that they said they have. I was very impressed when the contractor came out. The gentleman was very respectful, I felt he gave me his undivided attention and at no time rushed me, making me feel like I was just “ another $ in hi... Read more

I would have given 5 stars, but when we were told on a Monday that the material would be dropped of on Friday and then I got a call on late Thursday afternoon that they did not have the material. They should make sure they have the material before telling the customer the time they are going to deliver it. My wife works from home. She took time of on the following Monday so not to work with the noise. They should give a customer more time than a fews hours notice that they didn't have the materi... Read more
Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review, Jack. We apologize for the inconvenience from the last-minute rescheduling of your project, due to the lack of the correct shingles from our suppliers. We acknowledge that the specific material order should have been confirmed when we placed it, or made you aware that the scheduled date was tentative. We very much appreciate your understanding and allowing us to work with you to make things right in the end, and hope you enjoy your new roof knowing it was installed with skill and attention to detail, and backed by our lifetime workmanship warranty.
From sales to the roofers themselves all was done with professionalism, quality and a good price. We researched a few companies and had quotes from others, but we found Above Roofing came in with the customer service and quality that we were seeking. They began the job on time and ended even a bit early. We had our entire roof replaced and have not had one issues with it.
Thank you for the 5-star review, Brenda! We work hard to deliver quality along every step of the way, from our office staff to installers. We're glad you had such a great experience, and appreciate your business immensely. Enjoy your new roof!
