We had a great experience with Above Roofing. They communicated very well and kept us informed every step of the process. When they noticed an issue of concern that I never would have seen, they quickly addressed it, took care of the problem and made everything right. They were clean and left our yard possibly cleaner than they found it. We were thrilled with our service.
I had an intermittent leak. My mud room would flood sometimes when it rained. The owner came out every time it would flood and try and find the issue. No matter how many times I called. It wasn't an issue, he just wanted to do a good job.
So when had another issue with our roof, I wanted to use Above Roofing Inc. I am still very happy.
We were quoted for a new roof two years ago and they said we DIDN'T need a new roof and that a competitor was lying to us saying as needed a $20,000 roof. We called them back to fix a leak just recently and they went above and beyond. Our roofer called when he arrived and was very courteous and noticed some extra small stuff that he fixed at no extra charge than what was originally agreed on to "surprise us".
