Bottom line; don’t do business here unless you want poor customer service. It’s too bad this company didn’t want to try and come up with a solution to compensate me financially for my time and money lost due to their unprofessionalism from Lance and Summer. We couldn’t be happier with our motorized screens for our outdoor lanai. Tim the installer was absolutely fantastic. He took the time to explain everything about how the screens functioned and more importantly was meticulous in insuring that the installation was perfect. Great experience great people.
