Estimator Joe came out Friday 1/27. And gave a verbal quote for gutters. Said to expect written estimate following Monday. No quotes received. Called office Thursday 2/2. He’ll call by end of day. No call. I called Joe Friday 2/3 left message. Also texted Joe on 2/3. He responded that he is on the road. I responded that please, I need a written quote. I had them give me a large open view modification 1-1/2 years ago. It’s the only section on my enclosure that failed during hurricane IAN Poor fasteners to the base channel. Super expensive. 2 to 3x the cost of other reputable installers.

This company did a great job starting with the young lady who came out for the estimate. The guys who did the work were professional, the work was excellent, along with the cleanup. However, a couple weeks after the gutter was installed I noticed it has come lose in one section. During a windy day the gutter makes a loud banging sound. Once the gutter is fixed, I would definitely give this company a 5 star rating.
