Estimator Joe came out Friday 1/27. And gave a verbal quote for gutters. Said to expect written estimate following Monday. No quotes received. Called office Thursday 2/2. He’ll call by end of day. No call. I called Joe Friday 2/3 left message. Also texted Joe on 2/3. He responded that he is on the road. I responded that please, I need a written quote.
