Were it not for James, the field manager, I'd be giving this company only 1 star. The structure itself is fine. Getting it completed was a nightmare until James finally met with us, and we informed him of the circus we were experiencing. "Tomorrow" is their favorite word, but it really doesn't mean tomorrow. Scheduling and communication is ridiculous. We waited 6 months for our scheduled tear out date so they could begin, only to learn that permit and engineering protocol had not been done. ... Read more

Highly recommend Absolute Aluminum!
We did a lanai extension. The communications and final outcome were outstanding. Only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 was that it took almost a year from the contract date to complete but according to the company this was due to supply chain and staffing issues.
Did good job, were on time, professional, finished in one day. We are happy.
