We chose this company based on a neighbor's experience and their own self-reported reputation as being great at communication. Communication was frequent but not always accurate. The initial workmanship on the lanai cage was shoddy and disappointing. They did correct the things that I complained about but they wouldn't have if I hadn't said anything. We recently purchased a new cage structure including a pergola and outdoor kitchen from Absolute Aluminum. The installation of the cage structure did not get off to a good start with framework being installed even though it was not lining up correctly. Installation continued while conversations, phone calls, site visit and email with the construction supervisor, client relations manager, and others were taking place.
