From the first contact with Lance, the salesperson, to the final contact with Mark, the inspection person, it was a first rate experience. All options were discussed and there was no pressure to commit. Once making a decision, it was simply a matter of them setting up the various permits, ordering the products and establishing an install plan. Finished product is beautiful but some construction blunders pushed timeline back. We were about 1 month overdue. I think there needs to be more communication between sales rep and people who actually do construction. We love our lanai now., it’s a real focal point.

Absolute Aluminum made the installation of a pool enclosure into a very good experience. All aspects of the enclosure were always well-planned with communication to me to keep me informed. Absolute Aluminum did a first rate job from beginning to end as they installed a new wide view cage for me. They did everything they promised when they promised it, erected a gorgeous well built cage and cleaned up completely. I couldn’t have asked for more.
