Were it not for James, the field manager, I'd be giving this company only 1 star. The structure itself is fine. Getting it completed was a nightmare until James finally met with us, and we informed him of the circus we were experiencing. "Tomorrow" is their favorite word, but it really doesn't mean tomorrow. Scheduling and communication is ridiculous. We waited 6 months for our scheduled tear out date so they could begin, only to learn that permit and engineering protocol had not been done. ... Read more

We did a lanai extension. The communications and final outcome were outstanding. Only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 was that it took almost a year from the contract date to complete but according to the company this was due to supply chain and staffing issues.

Although there was a 'rocky 'start to the process of design drawings and placement of certain portions of my Pergola, the end result is a wonderful addition to my home. It adds another room, albeit outdoors, to my living space. The added shade to my south facing windows and doors has already impacted my energy use by decreasing the load on my HVAC .
