Absolute Aluminum did an excellent job of repairing and rescreening our pool cage after damage by Hurricane Milton. The workmen were professional and materials used were good. The only process that I wish would have been better was timing of communication. Many times we were informed too late in the day before workers were to come to the house to communicate or call if there was a possible conflict in our schedule. Tony, my Outdoor Living Specialist/Branch General Manager was easy to work with, friendly and very accommodating. He explained all of my options and everything about the entire process. My experience with absolute aluminum was overall good. The quality of workmanship in the final product was very good as were the employees I had direct contact with. This would include Richard Shroka and Alex and Eddie my installers. The one complaint I would have is the manner in which consumer relations ie. Mr. David Moser handled the issue of Waiver of Liability regarding roof damage which might be incurred in removing the super gutter.In his telephone conversations, he was not al all custome...
