After 5 years and multiple visits my lania still leaks. Drops on my head and guests. The gutters are level and that doesnt work well.. Funk and mosquitos. I try to remedy but too old for walking on roofs.

I am absolutely thrilled with the lanai extension Absolute Aluminum created. Each person that arrived on the site from prep to stem wall and cement work to screening and composite roof to deck painting and finally to site grading and cleanup.
