Called to get a price. Sales came out on Thursday. Following Wednesday I called to get price. Told salesman off asked to speak to sales manager. Was told he would call back. Never did. Called again Thursday told sales manager in meet. Never called again! Go somewhere else save yourself the aggravation
Our Lanailighting went out, we called absolute aluminum and we set up a date and time for the technician to assess the problem. The tech person arrived on time looked over the situation explained why it occurred and fixed it. All was covered under the warranty. We called 3 companies. Absolute aluminum called back quickly and set up appt quickly to meet with Nick. We tried Bishop who took a day or so to call back and set up an appt for the following week. The salesperson from bishop called at the time of our appointment (which we left work early for)he could not make it. Hmmm. We also called one more who came out.
