Received quote, design, and contractor certification info in a professional package. Once I was ready to proceed, I made a deposit, and the job was scheduled. After completion, a quality assurance person inspected the job. I am now enjoying the newly screened in lanai and the gutter installed along the back roof has solved the problem with heavy rain coming down and splattering mud. I would contact Absolute Aluminum again for any future work. Very satisfied.
