I used absolute aluminum based on the recommendation from the sales manager within my community. I called, had them come out for an estimate, and was told it was 12-14 weeks until I could get the lanai screened in. I had to follow-up multiple times for the correct paperwork to submit to my HOA for approval. When I received notice my lanai could be installed, they do not provide an exact time/date AND if they don't finish the week's prior job, you keep getting delayed. They finally did install it...
