Been trying for a month or so to get them to fix the door to my pool/lanai they just built. They just ignore us and won’t even schedule it to be fixed. We can’t open the door at all. Very poor customer service.
Update: They finally sent someone to fix the door after they saw my bad review. Only took a few minutes. No excuse to have taken so long. So if you are a very patient and persistent person they do good work. We are happy with the new lanai.
