Horrible experience and customer service, windows installed 7 years ago and fogging occurring from bad seals, paid over $15K for installation and will not even work with me in remedying the situation. Spoke with other companies and they have a minimum 10 year warranty for windows and longer for labor and installation. Beware of this company.

AA replaced our screen sliders on our garage but instead of using handles for the outside they used shallow indentations for your fingers. The old doors had handles inside and outside. Perhaps these shallow indentations work for young people with no arthritis but they don't work well for us. We think they unnecessarily cut corners and gave us an inferior product. Everyone at Absolute Aluminum was professional, courteous and knowledgable about whatever part of the process was their responsibility. They communicated clearly and timely and kept us up-to-date on the schedule for the construction of our lanai cage and paver floor. We would highly recommend this company.

Several years ago, AA closed in my lanai. They installed vinyl Windows. No glass. This vinyl expands and contracts. They are Miami Fade hurricane code. We just went through Hurricane Irma. We sat in our lanai watching the vinyl expand and contract as the winds increased. I live in North Port, Florida. We felt safe and secure.
