Our Lanailighting went out, we called absolute aluminum and we set up a date and time for the technician to assess the problem. We called 3 companies. Absolute aluminum called back quickly and set up appt quickly to meet with Nick. We tried Bishop who took a day or so to call back and set up an appt for the following week. The salesperson from bishop called at the time of our appointment (which we left work early for)he could not make it. Hmmm. We also called one more who came out.
