I used Absolute Aluminum to replace my pool cage after damage from Hurricane Milton- they arrived quickly and gave me an estimate. It was the highest of the 3 estimates I got. I went with this company because of recommendations from neighbors. The process was very slow (compared to other neighbors using other companies) but the team seemed skilled and knowledgeable. Alejandro, Misael and Armando arrived on time, very polite and respectful. When I asked them a question, they took the time to explain and clarify it. When they finished the installation of the pool cage, that looks great, they cleaned the work area and left my pool deck in neat condition👍

Absolute Aluminum did a great job with Sales explaining all the options, the design and construction of the cage which is very solid, and the quality control inspection process. They could use some improvement with communication during the scheduling / detailing / build phase. In particular, they wanted to only communicate via email or text and getting someone on the phone was like pulling teeth. Overall, I would recommend them.
