We recently purchased a new cage structure including a pergola and outdoor kitchen from Absolute Aluminum. The installation of the cage structure did not get off to a good start with framework being installed even though it was not lining up correctly. Installation continued while conversations, phone calls, site visit and email with the construction supervisor, client relations manager, and others were taking place.
