From start to finish Absolute Aluminum did a great job. We opted for the "no seeum" screening and have not experienced any bugs in our lanai. They even refurbished our two doors that are on opposite ends of our pool and they look like they're brand new. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again. I highly recommend them.

When it came to the details, absolute aluminum's performance was very poor. No cleanup of site - 100's of nails etc were left on the ground and in the pool. They forgot to close permit - i called many times & multiple people to resolve this. They forgot single structure post was to be wrapped in new aluminum color. I contracted with Absolute Aluminum to replace my carport. Their work was supberb. Installers are professional. Their customer service is excellent. I decided I needed downspout repositioned. Within 48 hrs my request was met. The installer's objective was to make me happy and he did. The company proved to me they genuinely care about their customers.
