From beginning to end I was very pleased with Absolute Aluminum. I had screens blown out from the hurricane at the top of my pool cage. Nick came out to inspect and give me a price and timeline. He followed up with the contract and what I needed to do to get started. I was told it would not be until June since it was the top screens that blew out and only certain crews would be able to do those screens. I understood completely and was fine with this. Several months ago, absolute designed a system to channel water away from my foundation and flower beds. Once the rains came..........WOW. Before, the rain dumped off my roof and puddled. In one area there was not sufficient flashing to divert water into the gutter. This was added without additional charge.........a quality act!!!

Service is an issue as an email or phone call is not returned and you must go to the company and request service in person, They appear overwhelmed by the request volume due to a large installed base as it takes a month to 2 months to get anything repaired!
