If a vendor can be judged by its service personal, then Absolute Aluminum has a gem of a pergola electrician in Adam Earle. He was knowledgeable, personable, and courteous.
The replacement of our cage didn’t work out for us at this time so we at our request had to cancel the contract about 2 weeks after signing. Absolute Aluminum management was kind enough to return our deposit with no questions asked. Joe our sales consultant was outstanding and a pleasure to work with. We will definitely go back to Absolute Aluminum when we are ready to replace our pool enclosure. Thank you again for your understanding.
