Freddy came to fix my pool cage. He was great to deal with went out of his way to make sure I understood everything he was doing and even fixed more than I thought he was going to. The experience was fantastic and thank you Freddy.
I never write reviews but here I go. We had damage from Hurricane Milton. On 10/24/24 a young man named James came out and said we needed a whole new pool cage. $22,000 +++. We got it repaired for less than $3,000. Be careful.... It is not nice to prey on elderly people. You can lose your license.
The quality of the cage is good. I expect it to hold ip well. The initial buying experience with Joe the salesman was excellent.
Once the deal was done and I paid the deposit, the personal experience switched over to nearly all digital communication. Once they get you under contract Absolute Aluminum prefers to communicate by text. That is ok at times but tedious when you need more than a few words. Although they send multi paragraph texts, it effectively impersonalized the relationship.
