Quality of work and worksmanship of the employees was fine, but it took wayyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy too long to get the job done. We realize that the time was affected by Ian, abut we feel it still took too long to get the job done and we also feel that we were somewhat jacked-around when we called for information on the status.
The crew at Absolute did a great job with our new Lanai. We understood the backlog of work took approximately 9 months but the wait was worth it. The concrete crew (Chandler) did a great job setting the slab and stamping the new floor to seamlessly match the old. The fabrication crew did a super job assembling the frame and we are thrilled to enjoy our new space.
