Rich and Chris were professional, courteous, and great communicators. When decisions needed to be made by us, they were very patient and offered useful information that aided in making good informed decisions.
We were not home when the gutters were installed. However, I watched them from our security cameras. They did a great job! Manuel and Uriel did our lanai screen. Open view and replaced both doors and all screens. These guys were the hardest workers and so polite and explained their process to me. Answered all my questions and did not complain once! I was very impressed! If anyone is interested in replacing their lanai screen, I would recommend Absolute Aluminum.
Absolute Aluminum did a beautiful job when all was said and done. But, there were a lot of issues before getting to the final product. There was very poor communication between the sales representative and us. After the hurricane in October, we were told if we signed up for the cage replacement with other people in our neighborhood that we as a neighborhood would have priority in getting a quick replacement.
