The quality of the cage is good. I expect it to hold ip well. The initial buying experience with Joe the salesman was excellent. Once the deal was done and I paid the deposit, the personal experience switched over to nearly all digital communication. Once they get you under contract Absolute Aluminum prefers to communicate by text. That is ok at times but tedious when you need more than a few words. They claim the lanai will hold up to 150 mile winds, not true the steel started coming down at about 80 miles per hour.. i was #600 on there list for repair after the hurricane, that may tell you a little about there quality.. The screws popped out on all sides of my lanai causing more damage but when asked to warranty they wouldn't stand behind there claims.. The pool cages surrounding me where both fine.. L suggest go with a company that backs there product..

Absolute great experience working with Absolute Aluminum. From sales presentation with Riley, to concrete discussions with Chandler, to the billing and inspection team. This organization keeps in touch with you and updated daily on timeliness and progress. We ordered this project from 1000 miles away and never felt any apprehension. Don't drive yourself nuts you will get great value for your hard earned money.

They build a good cage but the service is extremely poor. In 2022 it took months to get a return call. Since the storm of 24, no one has returned my call. Even though they are more expensive than most contractors , I was sold by the salesman because of the great service they offer. Buyer beware!

The day before Hurricane Milton, we were unable to close our lanai pergola. Adam, the electrician at Absolute Aluminum came that afternoon and diagnosed the problem as a bad circuit board which he replaced. He was informative, patient, and answered all questions. Adam is the best!!
