The person who
Estimated the job quoted a price that turned out to be significantly lower than the actual price. He missed some fairly obvious defects such as bent rails in the cage. The repair people told us that the cost would be about fifty percent higher because of these issues. The work was ultimately completed to our satisfaction.
I just wish the original estimator had been more thorough.
