I really thought this was going to be a great relationship. Sadly, it wasn't. One of the few businesses that actually sent someone to bid on my insurance claim. Except... they didn't. Took the time to actually come, but then declined to send an estimate. Why??? Because they couldn't actually do the work. WHAT!!!???
