Had a pool cage done by this company in June. We also had gutters put up by them. After the hurricane hit we contacted the company to say we lost 3 screens and 2 metal bars. We were told they were very busy and to contact another company! TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE in our opinion!
I went to this company's website two days ago in hopes to obtain a new pool cage quote. Per their listed areas of service, I read and still read that they service the Port Charlotte area. Today I received an auto generated voice mail from this company telling me that they do not service Port Charlotte. To the owner/s of Absolute Aluminum.....Please update your website to correct information!
Not the company they used to be. Terrible customer service. Had to have them come back several times. No attention to detail. Was told screen was guaranteed for 5 years. Then told they don’t do rescreening. Never again.
