Company did a great job 3 years ago installing my lanai cage, only a few screens and the bottom panel of one of two screen doors was slightly damaged by Hurricane Ian. Unfortunately, repair estimates for a product this company installed cost $150 to even schedule a service call. Offering an approximate cost first would be appreciated.

The whole process was great and convenient. Sales guy showed up and quoted me. A few days later they scheduled for the work to be done. The installers showed up, I had to leave, they finished and were gone before I got back from my errand. No mess either! Great job to my crew! Highly recommended.
So I used Absolute to do a fairly involved job of adding a wall and replacing a lanai. I was great. There was an issue with the door that they came back to fix but didn’t do it properly. I’ve called 3 times and was promised a call back but never got one… I went ahead and corrected the issue myself. At my own cost, time and effort.
Additionally IAN caused some issues with a retractable screen. I called in November of 2022….. it’s now Mid March 2023 and no call regarding this situation. I realize ... Read more
