Were it not for James, the field manager, I'd be giving this company only 1 star. The structure itself is fine. Getting it completed was a nightmare until James finally met with us, and we informed him of the circus we were experiencing. "Tomorrow" is their favorite word, but it really doesn't mean tomorrow. Scheduling and communication is ridiculous. We waited 6 months for our scheduled tear out date so they could begin, only to learn that permit and engineering protocol had not been done. ... Read more
