Absolute Aluminum-what can I say? If not for total miscues, bad communication, total lack of communication, missed start dates, postponement's , pallet's of paver's delivered without the building permit still weeks away from being issued, such goings on would be laughable! I truly thought that at times I was being pranked. On the plus side, once started the work proceeded smoothly and the end result was exceptional. Truly a mixed bag that I would ever use this company again.

I had my lanai enlarged, After waiting for over a year, the project was finally completed. The lanai was very well constructed. The main problem was POOR COMMUNICATION skills between the company and me, the customer. There were countless delays and misinformation. If it weren’t for that, I would have rated this company a 5 star! Buyer beware!

I highly recommend Absolute Aluminum. I found them to be extremely professional throughout the entire process---- getting the estimate, communication before and during the installation, and the installation. The design and installation is very good---- I have no leakage or water spilling over my gutters even during heavy rain. Again, I highly recommend them.

I am happy to give a good rating to Absolute Aluminum for a job well done! In my dealings with a few other companies about repairs, I am glad I waited until Absolute Aluminum could rebuild my pool cage. I was kept informed about every part of the job--what I had to do and changes in their schedule. I have been one of their customers for over 20 years for that reason--they do a great job!
