Hi Breanna. I’m sorry that your leak repair wasn’t turned around as fast as you would have liked. Unfortunately when you called we were experiencing one of the rainiest months that I can recall in my 25 yrs of roofing. That creates delays in scheduling as well as in completing the work. Our crews have to work around the rain, so sometimes the schedule does change. That said the communication should have been better about changes in the arrival window. There was also a multiple day delay from when the quote was provided to when it was approved, that is out of our control. As far as the invoice process goes, I can tell you that it’s automated…when service is complete, the job is closed by the field rep, and an invoice is auto generated. Pretty standard for most businesses. As far as the validity of our reviews goes, I can tell you that most have job photos, and many are local guides. We have never had a “fake” review except from unhappy competition acting as a client. We have a few bad reviews, but the vast majority are positive as are the experiences that our clients have. I’m happy to jump on a call to discuss this further to see how we can improve in the future, we will reach out to you today. In your case, we were finally able to get in touch with your husband, who mentioned interior damage so we did what we could as a gesture of Goodwill to help with the interior damage. The staining was present before we did the job, but as I said, Since we do take our clients experience, very seriously, we offered a discount so that you could take care of any damage that may have occurred due to the delay in completion of your project.
