I needed a new roof ASAP and despite their busy schedule they were unable to schedule the replacement. Roofing specialist Daniel did not come to give us a quote and did not even have samples on hand. Josu and George were not on site for the replacement and everything was not done properly and the replacement took a long time. Tom, the salesman and his manager did us a lot of damage. They knew we weren't very hesitant, so they found a way to get us a good deal. The crew leader was Antonio Ramos, they didn't show up when he said they would. His crew is bad, unprofessional. They don't use nails for every shingle, no better than the staples that a company uses.
