The crew came out just like it was said and they made a ton of progress in such a short time. First time using them was great. 2nd time not so much. We had a small leak from a pipe boot that the rep missed. Claimed she couldn’t get a good view with her drone. Quoted to replace a whole entire side of the roof to alleviate the issue. The side she wanted to replace wasn’t even where the pipe boot was located
