Perhaps none is more helpful to readers than your observation that Danny was "meticulous," "patient," and "walked me through every detail of the process not once, but twice." This is a perfect example of why, when it comes to insurance claims, it's so important to hire a roofing expert who knows how to navigate the insurance gauntlet rather than an insurance hustler who knows next to nothing about roofs and even less about the nuances of insurance claims. So, thank you for your review and thank you for mentioning some of your key contacts. Now, I can't resist telling a story about that daunting word, "unparalleled." In 1967, the finals of the St. Thomas Aquinas (Webster City, Iowa) fifth-grade spelling bee came down to a lovely girl named Jeannine and me. After an extended tussle, Jeannine faltered on "unparalleled" and I claimed the trophy by nailing "necessary". A year later, Jeannine climbed back to the top of the spelling mountain as I spit the bit on the absurdly simple word, "wear," which I spelled "ware" even though the moderator had given me a context clue. Jeannine became a partner at a major Phoenix law firm and I, of course, became a roofer. All of which serves to illustrate that, as a sixth-grader, I was already not smarter than a fifth-grader!
