Since you mentioned “eight roofers” plus a supervisor, here’s a riddle for homeowners: Name a project—other than re-roofing—which every homeowner is destined to pay for AND which requires a crew of six or more. Time’s up; the only answer is re-roofing. A roofing project has more “moving parts” than any other nono-discretionary project, and that’s why we’re so intentional about training and retention.
