Sumanth, you make an interesting point when you say that Daniel gave you an "immediate" estimate. We always give our quotes on the spot because we know that when people notice a leak, the first thing they think is, "How much is this unexpected thing going to cost me?" Just like you, the last thing they want to do is have a roofer come out and then wait forever for that roofer to "email them."
