Inside info for you, Georgette: When Chad first started out, he was by far the youngest guy in the room, but he was very eager to learn, so some of the veterans started calling him “Grasshopper.” Now he’s one of our finest ambassadors, but he might never outgrow the Grasshopper nickname.
