Hi Nora! Joe’s assistant is his kid brother, Ben, whom Joe is grooming to be the next repair superstar at Accent Roofing. Shhhh! Other companies will try to swipe him! As for Tony, he’s a very knowledgeable and helpful sales guy, but when he gets mentioned in the same sentence as our elite roofers, he starts to get a big head!
