From the initial call / estimate appointment to the roof installation completion the Accent team was great. They were very informative and responsive when answering questions about the shingles and what type/colors were available. Very disappointed. I was referred here, but 1. It took over a week to get someone to come out to address my roof leak, 2. the guy didn't do anything because it was raining 3. he pretty much told me that they're too busy to help me. In fact, it would have been quicker if I was willing to replace my entire roof with them! Do not recommend.

Hi Vanya, We are extremely apologetic that your experience was not up to par. Due to the amount of rain we’ve had recently we have been booking a few days out, but in your particular situation Bobby was specifically requested and his first availability was today. When he arrived at your home it was raining, making it impossible for him to get on the roof safely. He was still able to diagnose the problem, and let you know that he could give you an estimate and the repair department could take care of it. He did also mention to you that you had a valid insurance claim, as it is his job to inform clients of all of their options. It would be negligent for him to see your roof, the storm damage, and to hold that information back. As you can tell from our reviews we do Roof Repairs all the time, so we don’t mind doing small jobs in fact we have four repairmen who do nothing but roof repairs. That being said we also have a roof replacement department, and when that is an option to a customer it is our responsibility to mention it. After seeing your review I contacted Bobby for his perspective, and then reached out to you. The cause of your leak is very minor, and I offered to personally come out and take care of the repair myself tomorrow. You declined that offer, but it does stand should you decide to take us up on it in the future. Again we’re very sorry that you were not satisfied, and that we could not provide you a solution to your roofing problem while it was pouring raining. We had a small roof leak near one of our plumbing vent pipes. I contacted three roofing companies in Athens and none even bothered to respond to my small repair request. Accent not only responded but, Jason went above and beyond just the repair. He did some preventive maintenance on my other vent pipes and flashing then, was thoughtful enough to give all the roof fixtures a fresh coat of flat black paint. All at a reasonable price. Accent Roofing replaced our roof last week and the process could not have gone smoother!! Matt Mitchell was our point of contact and he was there step by step walking us thru the process and meeting with the insurance adjuster.
