The physical service they provided was great! Joe explained everything thoroughly before performing the work. I would have given them 5 stars but the communication leading up to the work being completed should be improved. There was discrepancies between what was originally quoted and the work that they were going to complete. Through discussions we were able to workout the miscommunication. All in all I would use Accent Roofing again.
