We brought a patio screen door to Ace for screen replacement. It took quite awhile to get the screen back. They were nice in that they delivered the screen since we did not have a vehicle that it would fit in. The new screen had a few holes in it. The holes were not big but for 100 dollars I would think the screen would be perfect. We called and we were told to bring it back and they would redo it. This was the second house I've used Ace to install siding with. Both times have been a great experience and while there were some challenges on this house, they worked with me and made everything perfect. They're window experts for sure! I love having choices of so many different styles. They have EVERY type of window. Best thing is it helps lower your heating and cooling costs when replacing old windows.. professionalism and expertise 100%
