We installed 9 windows in our townhouse/condo and researched it thoroughly. I narrowed it down to Sunrise, Okna and Soft-Lite, possibly Slocumb. I went with Okna. Total cost was $7050; the final price Ace came down just a bit to $6750. From order to installation was what they said it would be, 8 weeks; this was because of the backlog due to COVID delays on this entire industry, every dealer said the same thing. Jesus and his crew, were friendly and professional. Would have never known they were here when they were finished. They did everything to perfection. Maria from the office was an ease to work with and so friendly. They definitely are a great company and if we ever need something else done we will be coming back. I would highly recommend them.
