They were not satisfied until they had it adjusted correctly. This was not an easy task and never gave up until it was perfect. I will always recomend them. Ace installed a storm door. The set screws corroded quickly. I took pictures of the screws and the pictures to them. They saw the problem and replaced them with a set screw that was made from a different alloy. Problem solved.
