My new roof and gutters installed by a company that Ace subcontracted (since they don’t do their own work) 4 years ago was done so poorly and incorrectly that I just had $10,000 worth of water damage to part of my home. I now have to call a different company to come and properly put a new roof on my house if I don’t want any more water damage. When I spoke to Ace about this, they told me “I don’t know what to tell you”...super helpful.
I had a very good experience purchasing a new front entry door from Ace. My salesperson was Randi and I worked with her to obtain a virtual quote. She was such a pleasure to work with. Randi walked through all of my options and provided a link to the doors, hardware etc so that I could follow along.
