I called them for a job to do and it never called me back so I don't recommend them.
Absolutely terrible customer service. Wasted time and money on them. Kieth and Rich agreed to work with me and my family to get our renovation on our home done. After waiting months to get them approved their boss Dave demanded 35% down and no banks. Dishonest! Do not do business with them unless you want to waste your time and money.
We have had doors and windows replaced by Ace in the past 6 months. Quality of work was fantastic, employees were friendly and made you feel comfortable, prices on what you getting were unbeatable. We plan on using them in the future as well!
Although we are not actual customers of Ace Home Improvements, we are lucky enough to work with them as a vendor of theirs. All I can say, is that Dave and Rich have been such a pleasure working with. They are friendly, professional and very organized (which makes our lives much easier).
