Excellent job, very professional
I reached out for a quote on a repair. They went out to the site then ghosted me. I pushed back a project to make sure they had time to get me an estimate. I have now reached out repeatedly and I have never heard back. Very unprofessional. If you aren't interested in doing the work tell me that. Don't hide behind a call center that never results in a follow-up.
