Had issues with one of our Velux skylight that was installed in 2012. We opened the skylight to air out the house and then the remote was unable to close the window. And it was getting cold outside. did not We called them after 6pm and got an immediate response. He was on a job and visited us after 9pm to climb the roof and troubleshoot our issue.
